At Silver Lakes, we managed the entire exterior transformation from start to finish. Our work began with the safe demolition of the existing structure and the erection of scaffolding to provide a secure work environment. We then built a new, durable shell with the installation of lath and a complete building wrap system, followed by the expert application of stucco and siding. The project was finalized with the addition of soffit and fascia and gutters, creating a high-performance, beautiful, and complete exterior.
